The Blind Guy

Sometimes you notice something in normal, everyday life that get people talking.  This is such an event.

The Blind GuyRANDOM UPDATE:  Something you don't see every day...a blind guy driving a truck on the freeway.

Carry on,
David

AND THEN THE BANTER STARTED:

Brad Lloyd - That's why they put the raised reflectors on the center lines...it is braille for blind drivers.

Blessing or Curse - 11/19/2014

SHORT THOUGHTS:  I believe hard times can be blessing or a curse.  But it all depends on how we respond to them.

The Same One - 1/31/2013

SHORT THOUGHTS:  Where do you find rest?  Who is your refuge?  Who is your protector?  Who can you trust?  Where does your help come from?  Who made all the wonderful things around you?  Do not all the answers point to the same ONE?  Thank you God!!!

Psalm 91:1-2 (NIV1984)
He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”

Rin Tin Tin - 1/25/2013

RANDOM THOUGHTS: Last night, my wife, Denice and I were finishing up reading a friend's book.

A Changing Tide - 1/21/2013

Sand Dollar PicturesJOURNAL:  As I walked along the sand on the beach in Pismo Beach, the sound of the ocean was soothing as the waves were coming in and going out to my right as I got closer to the pier.  I tried to take a walk every morning before going and starting my visits with my two daughters and four of my grandchildren that live in that area.  Like normal, as I walked along, my eyes were scanning the sand

Seeing in All Things - 1/21/2013

JOURNAL:  Today I am thankful for good health.  Normally, I have just that, "good health" and don't get sick very often.  When I do, it seems like it is something new and I get it once and then I don't seem to get it again and go back to my normal good health.

Where There's a Will, There's a Way - 2/10/2012

JOURNAL:  It started innocently enough with a text on my phone that read, “Can you please tell me why my husband has paint on his underwear?” And before I could respond, another text came in saying, “I am not amused” and then one more that read, “Well maybe a little, what a goofball.”
